Are you a merchant looking to apply for Yuanex Inc.?

Merchants can simply apply by sign up now (links to sign up page), by creating a merchant account or reseller account. To enjoy more than more than a billion Chinese customers.


Once your application has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with essential information needed to obtain our services. Within this email you will be given your Account Name, Merchant ID, Store Number and Password.

Keep track of these numbers as, the number starting in 300XXXwill be used along with your store ID to log into the POS and APP. While the 200XXX is needed to log into the Yuansfer portal.

POS/APP- collections & refunds:

In order to begin the transaction or refund process you must first, open the Yuansfer POS machine or APP, then enter your account login to start the transaction or refund operations.

How to checkout :

The cash register is the most important function of the Yuansfer system. Here is a step-by- step of the entire process:

-Enter the amount of the payment.

-Choose a tip or not.

-Add tax and convenience fee.

-Choose payment method: WeChat Pay or Alipay.

-Scan customer payment QR code

How to submit a refund:

To successfully issue you a refund you can only do so by logging into the merchant account Store Manger account and following the process below:

Open the Order page and click the refund button.

Enter your account number, password and refund amount.

Finally, click the refund button.

POS/APP- Inquiries, transactions and reports

Simply, open the Yuansfer POS machine or APP, enters the account login, where you can find details of the transaction and the reports.

For transaction bill inquiry:

Click the menu bar, where you will find the history of the transaction bill.

There are two ways to the transaction history:

Click the history bill list directly on the bill or enter billing number or scan code to query individual bills.

Reporting Section

For your daily reports, click the menu bar, and then press the the report tab. For security purposes you will need to log into the Yuansfer web page to view your monthly and yearly report.

Additional Collections Forums

QR Code Receipt:

The customer can use the QR code generated by the merchant to open WeChat or Alipay to scan the code.

Static QR codes allow you to pay anywhere, anytime and supported by WeChat and Alipay.

This process is shown in the following figure:

1.The merchant logins into the Yuansfer Portal and can view the information of the QR code of all stores.

2. The customer opens the Alipay or WeChat app and swipes to collect the QR code for payment.

3.The merchant can view and scan the their QR code, with the transaction records in the background.

Yuansfer Me

The Yuansfer Me platform, allows merchants to send out personalized links to its customers through timely communications apps such as, WeChat, Alipay and other social networks. These personalized links a lot for exclusive logo and subtle ways to promote your brand.

Yuansfer Me supports multiple payment methods such as, WeChat, Alipay, UnionPay online and corporate payment.

The full process is shown in the figure below.

1. Customize the Yuansfer Me link in the background.

2. As a merchant, you can share YuansferME links to your consumers by simply copying the link once completed and send.

3. Finally, the customer opens the YuansferME link to submits their payments.

4. Through the YuansferME terminal you can manage your transactions to the corresponding YuansferME link. The terminal also allows you to view the details of the all your YuansferME transactions.

Invoice Billing System

The invoice billing system allows our merchants to send money safely to international customers to complete a collection of work. Simply, fill in the specified information to process the two-step operation.

The benefits of this system:

Send professional invoices cross-borders.

Allow payments to be paid via email.

Supported by various payment methods: Alipay, WeChat, UnionPay and online payments.

The full process of this system is shown in the following figure:

1. Log into the Yuansfer (https://portal.yuansfer.com) portal to enter the email address of the customer that you would like to send the invoice to.

2. The customers receives the email from the merchant with an invoice and then makes a payment.

3. Through the Yuansfer Portal you can manage your invoices and cancel unpaid bills. Once you cancel these bills are canceled the customer can no longer pay.

Product Account System Login

The Yuansfers product account system is divided into two different sections account management and account roles/permissions.

For the account management section in the portal, each merchant can have multiple administrators and stores. Each merchant is also allowed to have multiple administrators and cashiers per store. While the product account system includes the agent and merchant group accounts. For each account they are allowed up to two levels of agents per business.

The specific framework is shown below:

Each account comes equipped with its own permissions. For merchants, the administrator has the highest authority, followed by the store administrator, and then the cashier.

The specific permissions of each account are as follows:

User login

After a merchant successfully opens their account, they will receive an account activation email from Yuansfer. This email includes the following: account password of the administrator and each clerk, the log information for the Yuansfer (https://portal.yuansfer.com) portal.

After successfully logging in, you can modify your account password and supplementary information through the setting section.

Refunds Transaction

By logging into the Yuansfer terminal, you can view real-time transactions records. Supported by multiple conditions screenings: time, transaction ID, business name, store name, transaction type and more.

In additional to transaction details you can do the following:

Download transactions reports

Electronic invoice receipts can be generated online

View comments online

This process is shown below:

Transaction refund

You can carry out a refund directly within the Yuansfer portal, however only the merchant account is supported, the clerk account cannot perform a refund.

To successfully carry out a refund you do the following: Log into your Yuansfer portal, enter the refund amount and partial refunds can be supported. You will need to confirm twice to reduce error to complete the transaction.
